The Management Committee is pleased to host the fifth annual Probus Picnic in the Park. Probus’ annual Picnic in the Park is an event you won’t want to miss! It replaces our July meeting and provides a great opportunity to get to know other Probus members, share a meal, play some games and have some laughs.
There is no cost to attend but we do need you to register in advance, so we get the catering numbers right.
When: Thursday, July 9, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Quilchena Park – there will be lots of us so head to the crowd.
Cost: Free for Probus members. $25 for members’ guests.
Activities: Mixing and mingling, food, games, bocci ball and more. Please bring any games that would be enjoyed by our members!
Lunch: Catered by Four Olives with chicken and lamb souvlaki, fresh Greek salad, lemon potatoes, rice pilaf, pita and tzatziki, fresh fruit and dessert. Water and non alcoholic beverages will also be provided.
What you need to bring: A lawn chair and an alcoholic beverage if you want to have a beer or some wine. It’s allowed in the park. Early registration is appreciated. Registration closes Monday, June 29.
